One off appointments are a great starting point to get going in the right direction, however on-going support will help you implement real healthy changes for life. We recommend a 12 week coaching block for us to support you through change and to build the knowledge to maintain this on your own.

Discovery Call
Contact me for a 15 minute discovery phone call.
This is a free service for you to discuss your goals, where you want to be, find out what help you need and how I can help you. Whether you are looking to loose weight, work through FODMAP, diabetes type 2, IBS, balance hormones, go gluten free or need to change your diet for other health reasons, I can help you and support you.
Consultation
One off face to face or online consultation includes:
- Includes full pre-appointment dietary and medical history assessment, allowing me to get to know you as an individual, what affects your eating habits, what is holding you back, time, money, family, mental health. We can discuss all of these in your appointment and look for solutions that work for you.
- 40 minute appointment to discuss your needs and goals in full
- Full written feedback for your individual needs.
- Individualised meal ideas, recipes and tips to help you reach your goals
- Help to fit changes in with your personal lifestyle.

Follow up sessions £50
Up to 40 mins. These can be a stand alone appointments or you can follow up with one our personalised packages to help ensure your success.
Personalised Packages
Choose a package to suit you. Packages of 12 weeks or more are recommended to implement real sustained changes. All packages include:
- Regular online sessions with a Registered Nutritionist, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
- Diet analysis.
- Personalised counselling to work through your relationship with food, where you want to be and the barriers you are facing.
- Personalised nutrition advice and coaching to help you develop a healthier relationship with food.
- Discussion around wellbeing, sleeping habits, activity levels and self-care.
- Help to set healthy goals and smaller steps and changes to support you in reaching set goals.
- Meal ideas, shopping suggestions and recipe ideas.
- Sessions for a as little or as long as you need
